The implementation of Omniaplace for insurance
OMNIAMAINTENANCE is a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), developed on the basis of the OMNIAPLACE software platform. The solution allows to optimize the maintenance process of machines and systems, through the creation, management and assignment of intervention plans for corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.
OMNIAMAINTENANCE allows an effective and integrated management of production lines, machines and even individual tools or measuring instruments, as well as the spare parts warehouse. The advanced reporting functions of the solution allow to have a defined and clear picture of the situation on time for the containment of failure events, cost control and optimal management of spare parts.
The main functions and features of OMNIAMAINTENANCE are the modeling of the Plant Asset, the Failure and Maintenance Reports in compliance with the ISO-14224 standard, the recording of failures and machine downtime, the assignment and finalization of maintenance operations by means of work orders. Moreover, the solution allows the management of spare parts, the planning of planned and preventive maintenance operations, the management of maintenance teams, with analytical reporting of maintenance costs. It is possible to connect the system to the company ERP, to the PLCs of the machinery and to the other systems.
